  Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on technical individual to support our state of the art Optical Proximity Correction product (OPC+).  This position will be in our OPC+ PEG (Product Engineering Group) organization.  The Product Engineering group is responsible for Benchmark / New engagements, Product Definition (PRD), second-line support of current accounts, release testing with acceptance tests, and Training (internal / external). The team functions as a link between R&D and customers and interacts with most of the other teams (Marketing, Sales, QA, etc.). PEG engineers play a key role in shaping and directing product growth and development.

 Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
• Intermediate / advanced software programming skills
• Familiar with script language, PERL and MATLAB/MATHCAD is desired
• Direct or indirect experience in OPC (Optical Proximity Correction), including lithography simulation, RET, or advanced mask technology is a plus
• Experience in lithography or related fields is a plus
• Ability to work independently and also effectively as a member of a team
• Customer support skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and innovative thinking skills
• Quick learner and flexibility are key attributes

Location:

This position will be based in the company’s headquarters, located in Santa Clara, California. Ability to travel is a must.
